About School Of Coding & AI
School of Coding & AI is a UK based education group delivering higher education courses, digital skills, coding and AI training across all levels. As we expand across the UK and internationally, we are building a high performing team to shape the future of technology education.
We have partnered with the University of Wolverhampton and Harper Adams University to launch our first Higher Education Institute. Our goal is simple, deliver high quality, career focused education that gives learners a genuine edge.

About The Role
This is a key role within our Higher Education admissions function. You will be responsible for managing the full student admissions journey from initial enquiry through to enrolment, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and applicant-centred experience at every stage.
You will support a wide range of applicants, including UK and international students, guiding them through applications, offers, documentation, and enrolment. You will work closely with academic teams and compliance colleagues to ensure admissions decisions are accurate, fair, and aligned with institutional and regulatory requirements.
This role plays an important part in improving student conversion, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring a high-quality admissions service.

- Act as the first point of contact for prospective students, providing clear advice on courses, entry requirements, and admissions processes
- Manage applications from enquiry through to enrolment, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Review and assess applications, including qualifications, personal statements, and supporting documents
- Record admissions decisions accurately using MONDAY.COM and other systems
- Support offer-making, conditional offers, Clearing, and results confirmation processes
- Maintain accurate applicant records across CRM, SITS, and UCAS Hub
- Track application progress and ensure data accuracy across systems
- Support reporting on applications, offers, and enrolment conversion rates
- Ensure compliance with UCAS, UKVI, and GDPR requirements
- Support international admissions processes, including CAS issuance and eligibility checks
- Work closely with academic teams to finalise admissions decisions
- Support enrolment processes, including document verification and eligibility checks
- Assist with open days, enrolment events, and Clearing operations
- Chase outstanding documents and ensure timely application progression
- Contribute to improving conversion rates across the admissions funnel
Requirements
What we're looking for
Highly organised, detail-focused, and confident working in a fast-paced admissions environment. You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and delivering excellent applicant service.

Essential
- Experience in administration, admissions, student services, or a similar role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
- Confidence using CRM or database systems
Desirable
- Experience in UK higher education admissions
- Understanding of UCAS, UKVI, or international admissions processes
- Experience working in student recruitment or enrolment environments

- Smooth progression of applicants from enquiry to enrolment
- High levels of accuracy in admissions data and records
- Strong conversion rates from application to enrolment
- Positive applicant experience with timely communication at every stage
- Effective handling of peak periods such as Clearing and enrolment
