Role Description
The Adobe Workfront Solution Consultant is a full-time role. In this role, the consultant will design, configure, and optimize Adobe Workfront solutions to support clients’ work orchestration and project management needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Gathering and analyzing business requirements
- Translating them into practical Workfront implementations
- Providing guidance on best practices

The consultant will collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders, support presales activities such as demonstrations and solution proposals, and assist with user training, documentation, and ongoing improvements to ensure successful adoption and value realization.
Qualifications
- Strong consulting and client-facing skills, with the ability to understand business challenges and propose effective Adobe Workfront solutions.
- Solid analytical skills to interpret requirements, assess processes, and translate insights into optimized workflows and configurations.
- Experience in presales and sales support, including solution demonstrations, scoping discussions, and contributing to proposals.
- Proven project management capabilities to plan, execute, and oversee Workfront implementations and enhancements.
- Knowledge of Adobe Workfront or similar work management platforms, with the ability to learn new features and integrations quickly.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities across on-site and remote collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; experience in consulting or SaaS environments is an advantage.
