Why this role matters
Organisations are investing heavily in Microsoft Copilot, but technology alone doesn't drive transformation. Success comes from helping people understand how Copilot fits into their day-to-day work and empowering them to adopt new ways of working with confidence.
We're looking for someone who can combine discovery, consultancy, stakeholder engagement and enablement to help users realise the full potential of Microsoft Copilot. If you enjoy working with people, simplifying complex concepts and helping teams embrace change, this role offers the opportunity to make a genuine impact.
Mission
This role exists to support the successful adoption of Microsoft Copilot across a large-scale transformation programme.
Working as part of a specialist adoption team, you'll lead discovery activities, deliver engaging masterclasses, guide stakeholders through structured adoption and change approaches, and help employees unlock value from Copilot in their everyday work.
You'll work with established frameworks, content and methodologies while contributing to the development of new materials, resources and best practices.
What you will be doing
- Lead discovery sessions to understand business needs and opportunities for Copilot adoption.
- Deliver engaging virtual masterclasses, workshops and training sessions.
- Provide consultancy and guidance on embedding Copilot into everyday ways of working.
- Support stakeholders, sponsors and champions throughout the adoption journey.
- Apply structured adoption and change management approaches to drive engagement and lasting behavioural change.
- Leverage and enhance existing training materials, adoption resources and playbooks.
- Contribute to the creation of new content, frameworks and reusable assets.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
- Identify opportunities to increase engagement, accelerate adoption and improve user outcomes.
- Continually develop your own expertise in Copilot, AI enablement and modern workplace transformation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
