About Paloma

Paloma was founded in 2024 by Mark and Darshak, NHS veterans with 25 years of combined experience, frustrated by the 4–10-year waiting periods for autism and ADHD assessments in the NHS. Delays worsen children’s mental health, education outcomes, and leave families without post-assessment support—a gap predominantly unfilled by the NHS.

Our Mission

We’re reducing autism and ADHD assessment waits to 3 months by:

  • Redesigning care paths to create a consumer-focused experience
  • Developing in-house software, including an AI-driven electronic patient record and diagnostic tool, to eliminate clinician documentation burdens
  • Scaling our clinician workforce and re-skilling teams for efficiency

Who We Are

  • Loved by families (4.9/5 on Trustpilot and Google Reviews)
  • Care Quality Commission (CQC) registered
  • Clinically-led, with 130+ team members (including 80+ clinicians) and hiring 100+ more roles in the next year
  • A passionate, mission-driven, and innovative culture that values ongoing improvement
  • Backed by Triple Point and Heal Capital

Where We’re Heading

Paloma isn’t stopping at quicker assessments. The UK still has 500,000+ waiting children, and we’re building post-assessment support services to help families navigate care once the NHS’s role is over.

The Opportunity

You’ll Join a Revolution in Autism & ADHD Care

Paloma’s developed a gold-standard assembly pathway with proprietary Patient Record software to deliver: ✅ Speedier, high-quality assessments—with clear, strengths-based outcomes ✅ Enhanced clinician satisfaction (e.g., AI tools to speed up diagnostic reports)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
