Are you ADOS-trained but not yet comfortable delivering assessments in a clinical setting? Our 4-day ADOS Booster Program is designed to boost your confidence, skills, and readiness to join our Independent Clinician Team.
What’s Included?
You’ll benefit from:
- Tailored pre-course coding training
- 1 remote training day focused on coding speed
- 1 onsite training day covering:
- ADOS administration
- Psicon clinic processes (held in our Canterbury Clinic)
- 2 supervised clinical days with feedback from experienced ADOS therapists
- Follow-up supervision for refining coding and assessment techniques

Important Note: This program is Canterbury-only and does not extend to our Basingstoke locations.

Fees & Payment
- Free to attend (for eligible clinicians who meet the prerequisites).
- Invoiceable £200/day (x 2 days) for clinic sessions post-training.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following:
- Hold a qualiftion in one of the following roles:
- Occupational Therapist
- Educational Psychologist
- Speech and Language Therapist
- Clinical Psychologist
- Alternatively, Experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses can apply if they have verified ADOS experience.
Applicants will need to:
- Submit an ADOS coding log from a pre-recorded assessment (instructions provided).
- Complete reliability testing as part of the selection process.
- Agree to conduct face-to-face ADOS assessments in Canterbury only. Remote assessments are not supported.
- Be based within a 30-mile radius of Canterbury, otherwise travel/accommodation costs are claimable.
