ADOS Booster Program – Advance Your Clinical Career

Join Psicon’s ADOS Booster Program—a 4-day intensive program designed to build your confidence and competence for working in Psicon’s high-paced clinical assessments. Perfect for ADOS-trained clinicians seeking hands-on experience before transitioning into paid roles.
What’s Included?
- Day 1: Remote training on ADOS coding and speed optimisation
- Day 2 (Onsite): Full introduction to ADOS administration and Psicon-specific processes in our Canterbury Clinic
- Days 3 & 4: Supervised clinic days with feedback from experienced ADOS clinicians
- Post-program support: Continuing coding and administration supervision

Note: ADOS sessions must be delivered in-person only in Canterbury (Basingstoke candidates cannot participate).

Fees & Payment Terms
- Free to attend (eligibility based on relevant qualifications such as OT, EP, SLT, or Clinical Psychologist, or RMHN with ADOS experience).
- Payment: Reimbursement of £200/day for 2 in-clinic post-program sessions (2 x face-to-face in Canterbury only).
Selection Criteria
Apply if you are: ✅ Occupational Therapist (OT), ✅ Educational Psychologist (EP), ✅ Speech and Language Therapist (SLT), ✅ Clinical Psychologist; ✅ or an RMHN with ADOS training.

Process:
- Video-based ADOS coding (submit per details outlined in your email)
- Reliability testing to ensure competence
- Face-to-face requirement post-certification—no remote assessments
Apply if outside 30 miles of Canterbury for reimbursable travel/accommodation expenses.
