We’re partnering with a fast-growing, high-profile global eCommerce and marketplace agency that helps top-tier global brands accelerate growth, maximize margins, and dominate online marketplaces.

As the business continues to scale, we’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded Ads Director to lead the advertising division, steer client strategy, and manage a team of dedicated retail media specialists.

This role is ideal for an experienced advertising leader from the Amazon ecosystem who thrives on driving high-level strategy for global brands, building out advanced automated bidding frameworks and mentoring a fast-growing team.

The Opportunity

Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll take full ownership of the strategy, delivery, and communication of multi-channel retail media portfolios for multiple high-profile client accounts. This is a high-impact leadership role with a massive scope for team management and personal progression as the agency continues its mission to dominate the global eCommerce space.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
