About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Company Overview
Wolt is the leading local commerce platform across Europe and Asia, making it incredibly easy for people to discover and get what they want — delivered quickly, reliably, and affordably. By connecting consumers, merchants, and couriers, we make cities better places to live.
Wolt is on an exciting journey to build one of the world’s leading Retail Media ecosystems across 33+ countries. Our Ads & Promotions business enables brands and merchants to leverage consumer insights, connect with shoppers through impactful advertising solutions both in-app and off-app, and deliver meaningful experiences to millions of users.
As the business scales rapidly, we are building the financial, analytical, and strategic foundations required to support sustainable growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.
About The Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and hands-on Senior Manager, Finance & Strategy to join the Wolt Ads & Promotions organization. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, finance, analytics, and operations, partnering closely with senior leaders across Ads, Promotions, Finance, Product, Sales, and Accounting.
You will play a critical role in shaping the strategic and financial direction of one of Wolt’s fastest-growing businesses. You will lead complex business modeling, forecasting, planning, and performance management initiatives while building scalable processes, tools, and reporting foundations that enable data-driven decision making across the organization.
This role requires a unique combination of deep analytical rigor, structured problem solving, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence diverse stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies. We are looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys getting hands-on with data and models, and can translate complex analyses into actionable business recommendations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
