Our client's customers are primarily advertiser, this role will focus on reviewing and negotiating redlines from our EMEA-based customers, including data processing agreements and GDPR-related terms. remote-first AdTech company with a London office Camden Profile: UK-qualified solicitor required ~5 years of experience in commercial contracts (law firm training a plus) GDPR fundamentals required advanced data privacy experience is a plus Familiarity with AdTech, digital advertising, or media industry agreements preferred Experience with EMEA counterparties and cross-border commercial terms preferred Engagement Details: Duration: ~3 months, open to extend Hours: 40 hours/week Start date: By end of June preferred Location: Remote-first; office 1-2 days/week is helpful, particularly during onboarding.
