Adult Education Centre Coordinator

Do you enjoy helping people, building relationships and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes?

We're looking for an organised and customer-focused Adult Education Centre Coordinator to join our Adult and Professional team. This is a varied role where you'll be at the heart of our Adult Education Centre, supporting learners from their first enquiry through to enrolment while coordinating the centre's day-to-day administrative operations.

Working closely with colleagues, tutors and external partners, you'll play a key role in delivering an excellent experience for our learners and ensuring the smooth running of the centre.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate the day-to-day administration of the Adult Education Centre, supporting learners, staff and external partners.
  • Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, providing outstanding customer service both in person and remotely.
  • Manage course applications, enrolments and waiting lists, ensuring learner records are accurate and up to date.
  • Provide initial information, advice and guidance to prospective learners and support the enrolment process.
  • Work closely with tutors, MIS and examination teams to prepare classes, student documentation and registrations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external organisations, including referral partners.
  • Produce reports, monitor learner participation and identify students who may require additional support.
  • Support marketing activities, customer feedback and wider administrative projects across the Adult Education Centre.
  • Deputise for the Adult Education Centre Manager when required, helping to ensure the centre continues to operate effectively.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
