Adult Learning Partnerships & Engagement Officer

Location: Trowbridge

Salary: £26,543 per year

A full-time opportunity has arisen within our Adult Learning and Commercial Enterprise department. This is a dynamic, outward-facing role that combines relationship-building, administration, compliance, and business development supporting adult learners and employers across Wiltshire.

What You'll Do

  • Support all aspects of adult learning provision across the College, including Distance Learning programmes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers, partners, and local communities
  • Attend and support employer engagement events and community events (a clean driving licence is essential)
  • Coordinate enrolment processes and review the compliance of enrolment documentation
  • Ensure quality and funding compliance, including Adult Skills Funding requirements (full training provided)
  • Work closely with colleagues to meet adult learner recruitment and performance targets
  • Assist Heads of Faculties, lecturers, and professional services staff with administrative and operational support throughout the academic year
  • Support the development and establishment of new curriculum aligned with local employer and community needs
  • Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to promote and grow adult provision
  • Contribute to commercial income generation and business development activity

  • Experience working within further education or funded provision (desirable)
