We are recruiting 2 Adult Social Care Transformation Leads to join our Corporate Transformation & Delivery Team.
These are Fixed Term Contracts for 12 months.
Tower Hamlets Council is seeking two experienced and ambitious Adult Social Care Transformation Leads to join our Transformation Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering a portfolio of high impact transformation and efficiency programmes across Adult Social Care (ASC).
Working collaboratively with Adult Social Care, the wider Corporate Transformation Team, and colleagues across a wide range of directorates and services, you will lead the design and delivery of complex and impactful transformation initiatives and programmes that improve outcomes for residents, enhance service quality, drive efficiencies, and support the Council's strategic priorities. This is an opportunity for talented transformation professionals who are passionate about public service, thrive in complex environments, and have a proven track record of delivering sustainable change.

About You
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Significant experience leading and delivering transformation, change, or improvement programmes within local government, health and social care, or a similarly complex environment.
- A proven ability to successfully deliver complex projects, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in working in efficiency and saving driven projects especially around Adult Social Care.
- Strong programme and project management skills.
- Strong collaborative skills - you will be great at building relationships at all levels of the organisation and be able to bring people on board with key areas of your work.
- The ability to work effectively in a diverse community.
- A clear and concise communicator.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach.

This role operates on a hybrid basis and includes a mandatory office “anchor day.” You will also be required to attend the office whenever service needs dictate.
