Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Adult Social Worker to join its client’s Generic Adult Social Care Team, based at Knowsley. What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will: Carry out Care Act assessments within the community, with a strong focus on strengths, independence and personalised outcomes Develop, implement and review support plans to ensure adults receive appropriate, proportionate and person‑centred support Respond to safeguarding concerns and work collaboratively with health and partner agencies to promote safety and wellbeing Qualifications & Experience:
