About the Role
We’re redefining primary care delivery through Bupa Health Clinics, bringing high-quality healthcare directly to our corporate clients. Our services run:
- Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM – 5:50 PM
We now seek an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our expanding Onsite Clinics service. You’ll provide face-to-face primary care to adults in a modern, supportive setting, prioritising independent prescribing with V300 qualification and an Advanced Clinical Practice certification.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centred primary care consultations within your intended scope of practice.
- Follow national and internal clinical frameworks to ensure safe, effective care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance service development, quality improvement, and exceptional patient experiences.
- Participate in a clinical leadership framework for continual growth.

About the Clinic
The Onsite Clinic in Edinburgh will offer:
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Primary Care services
- Physiotherapy
What You’ll Bring
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Current NMC Registration (Adult Nurse) with no practice restrictions.
- MSc or Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) in Advanced Clinical Practice.
- V300 – Independent Prescriber qualification.
- Minimum 3 years’ clinical practice as a registered nurse.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Primary Care Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Independent Prescriber.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate.
- Current Safeguarding Children & Adults (Level 3) qualification.
- Ability to evidence implementation of the four pillars of advanced practice (educator, collaborator, leader, researcher).
Desirable Qualifications
- Previous experience in private practice.
