Advance Operations Coordinator
Location: Essex (CO12 4GD) - Onsite
Rate: £17.00 PAYE | £21.81 per hour Umbrella- Inside IR35
Shifts: 12-hour shifts (06:00–18:00) | 7 Days On / 7 Days Off
Contract: 6 months till 19 April 2027
Overtime Paid at: 150%
Are you a highly organised coordinator with strong administration and planning skills? We are seeking an Advance Operations Coordinator to support offshore wind farm operations at the Galloper Wind Farm Operations & Maintenance Facility. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading renewable energy environment, playing a key role in the efficient planning, coordination, and administration of maintenance activities.
The Role
As an Advance Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting operational and maintenance activities through effective planning, scheduling, record management, and stakeholder coordination. You will work closely with field teams, customers, and operational personnel to ensure maintenance activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate technical and commercial records for wind farm operations, ensuring clear separation of service and warranty-related costs.
- Raise, schedule, and allocate planned and reactive maintenance activities using SAP systems.
- Develop and maintain daily and weekly maintenance plans, optimising site resources and Crew Transfer Vessel (CTV) deployment.
- Perform control and technical verification activities within SAP/Spiridon systems.
- Collate time data and parts consumption information to support billing and inventory replenishment processes.
- Ensure maintenance and troubleshooting activities align with customer requirements and operational objectives.
- Coordinate Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) documentation and ensure compliance with UK legislation.
- Maintain accurate service, maintenance, and operational records to support full asset history and reporting requirements.
- Support communication and collaboration between operational teams, field staff, and customer representatives.

Skills & Experience
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a planning, operations coordination, maintenance coordination, or administrative role.
- SAP knowledge or experience (preferred but not essential).
- Experience working within renewable energy, engineering, utilities, or industrial environments.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Interview Process
Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams in a one-stage process. There may be a second-stage face-to-face interview at the site if required.
