Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of contact for assigned customers across the aviation sector (airlines, operators, MROs, and aircraft OEMs), diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Customer relationship management: Build and maintain long-term relationships by addressing issues that improve customer satisfaction with Honeywell products and services.
- Provide multi-disciplinary expertise in mechanical and avionics systems, offering guidance to help customers operate and maintain Honeywell products effectively.
- Respond to real-time customer support inquiries, both via telephone and for more complex issues in-field.
- On-site troubleshooting: Travel to customer locations (across Europe) to resolve technical issues first-hand.
- Regular engagement with assigned airline customers—scheduled calls, quarterly face-to-face meetings, and periodic site visits.
- Interpret technical data, provide on-the-job training, and act as a liaison between Honeywell and customer personnel.

Key Skills & Qualifications
Essential Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degree in aircraft engineering (excluding avionics) OR equivalent hands-on experience.
- Proven experience troubleshooting mechanical and electro-mechanical systems on business, commercial, or military aircraft.
- Field service experience with customer-facing roles, prioritising exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Ability to travel across Europe as required.
- Full right to work in the UK without sponsorship and commute daily from your assigned location.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate across internal teams and operate independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and resourcefulness for varied customer needs.
