Are you an experienced aesthetic Doctor looking for an exciting part-time opportunity with the ability to grow?
Are you medically registered and an independent prescriber? Do you have at least four years of regular injecting experience? Are you sales-driven, target-focused, and motivated by delivering outstanding patient outcomes - and the results that come with them?

About us:
Look Lovely Stortford is a doctor-led medical skin clinic based in Bishop's Stortford. We have built a strong reputation for delivering safe, natural-looking aesthetic results, supported by an exceptional patient experience. With a rapidly growing patient database and strong marketing driving a steady influx of new enquiries, we are now looking to expand our clinical team.
We are seeking a medically qualified Doctor injector to join us initially 1 day per week, with a clear pathway to grow your days as demand increases. We envisage the role being based on Thursday evenings or Fridays and/or Saturdays, with a minimum of 1 Saturday per month required. As the role develops, there is the opportunity to add further days.

You will be an advanced injector who is not only highly skilled clinically, but also commercially minded and passionate about delivering results - for both your patients and the business.
- Hitting and exceeding targets - you'll be working to clear KPIs and will be fully supported in achieving them
- New patient conversion - confidently consulting with new patients, building trust, and guiding them into personalized treatment plans
- Retail sales - recommending and selling medical-grade skincare and products that complement and enhance treatment outcomes
- Rebooking and retention - building a loyal patient base through exceptional care, proactive rebooking, and long-term treatment planning
- Upselling and cross-selling - identifying opportunities to enhance patient journeys with complementary treatments and packages
You must be confident with all advanced injecting techniques including cannula. You should have excellent communication skills, a warm and professional manner, and the ability to build rapport quickly with a diverse patient base.
A genuine passion for skin, a commitment to ongoing learning, and an enthusiasm for delivering bespoke injectable treatment plans would be a real advantage.
Please note: You MUST be a Doctor, medically registered and an independent prescriber to apply. We will only consider applicants with a minimum of four years of regular injecting experience.
