About the Role

Overview

This is a permanent, term-time role (195 days per year), working 37.5 hours per week.

Join our internal account management team—a dynamic, high-performing group where we maximise opportunities for schools to have a positive experience using our digital services. Our goal is to cultivate strong, trusting relationships from headteachers to subject leaders and coordinators, ensuring their continued use of our services and fostering ongoing growth.

You will be a key point of contact as we help decision-makers unlock the full value of our products, keeping schools engaged year after year. By understanding their unique challenges, you’ll paint a picture of sustained benefits, enabling your partners to achieve impressive outcomes in children’s attainment.


A Day in the Life

As an Advanced Associate, Customer Success, you will:

  • Strategically target schools based on CRM data & internal analytics, prioritising retention of our loyal customer base.
  • Effectively allocate your time to stay connected with school contacts.
  • Engage with headteachers, subject leaders, and coordinators to tailor solutions to their needs, propose quotations, and maximise product penetration across stakeholder groups.
  • Proactively spot opportunities for expanding Pearson’s impact—through inbound and outbound outreach, content, and partnerships.
  • Compete domestically with confidence in delivering remote collaboration sessions (via desktop sharing).
  • Keep your curriculum knowledge and product expertise razor-sharp, ensuring every interaction delivers clarity and conviction.
