- Join our high-performing, internal account management team that maximises opportunities to ensure schools have a positive experience when using our digital services.
- Build a supportive and trusting relationship with schools.
- Collaborate with key decision-makers—such as headteachers, subject leaders, and coordinators—to help them maximise the benefits of our services and encourage ongoing use year after year.
- Understand schools’ challenges and communicate the long-term value of Pearson’s products and services in raising children’s attainment.
A Day in the Life of an Advanced Associate, Customer Success
- Develop strategies for targeting schools, using data, CRM, and analytics to identify conversions that retain a loyal customer base.
- Effectively manage your time to maintain close relationships with schools.
- Engage with decision-makers through discussions on their needs, proposing tailored solutions and quotations, and increasing customers’ value from our products to ensure annual renewals.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand the impact of Pearson’s services through a mix of outbound and inbound communication.
- Utilise technology confidently—such as managing remote meetings with desktop sharing.
- Continuously update your familiarity with curricular trends and our products to align with the best solutions for customers.

Requirements for Success
Our ideal candidate demonstrates the following:
- A genuine passion for working within the education sector.
- Proven success in a sales-target-driven environment, which may include telesales, retail sales, or other roles where performance-based targets are key.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to absorb new information efficiently and deliver it effectively to decision-makers.
- A positive and driven attitude toward interpersonal connection, influencing stakeholders, and supporting schools in achieving the best outcomes for their pupils.

Note: This role will be based primarily at home, with occasional visits to office locations, including Oxford, whenever necessary.
