Advanced Booking Coordinator
We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Advanced Booking Coordinator to join a prestigious global finance group.
Experience in remote or desk-based booking coordination is preferred over primarily front-of-house (FOH) guest welcome roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage meeting room booking requests received via telephone, email, and internal messaging platforms.
- Schedule meeting rooms and maintain accurate booking calendars to maximise room utilisation.
- Coordinate catering and refreshments for meetings, training sessions, and client events.
- Confirm, amend, and cancel bookings, communicating updates promptly to all relevant stakeholders.
- Resolve booking conflicts and accommodate urgent or last-minute requests wherever possible.

About You
- Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, with remote or desk-based booking coordination preferred.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Committed to continuous improvement and finding efficient solutions.
- Skilled at building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and service providers.
