Advanced Cardiac Physiologist
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Cardiac Physiologist to join our forward-thinking Cardiology team. The role encompasses CRM and catheter lab services, supporting a wide range of devices including pacemakers, CRTs, ICDs, S-ICDs, Micras, and conduction system pacing. The post holder will assist with complex implants, perform device follow-up, and contribute to service development. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating strong clinical, technical, and leadership skills while driving innovation and delivering high-quality patient care.
Applicants must please be accredited by the British Heart Rhythm Society (BHRS).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership in cardiac rhythm management service including remote monitoring services, working alongside other physiologist leads to ensure delivery of a quality clinical service.
- Supervise and train junior members of the team, and wider training of other staff groups as required.
- Refresh and extend your own clinical skills and partake in service development and research within the trust.
