The Role
An Advanced Clinical Practitioner at Rosedean House Surgery will autonomously assess, diagnose, and treat patients registered with our practices, ensuring a seamless and safe approach to their care.
This role requires experience in a primary care setting and places immense importance on the maintenance of:
- High standards of patient care
- Depending on your expertise, a natural influence on other team members
The Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) is jointly accountable with the lead nurse for the clinical governance of the practice. You will play a crucial role in providing clinical leadership, ensuring that all delivered services meet the highest standards for safety, effectiveness, and compliance.

Working Environment & Team
You will collaborate closely with a diverse and dedicated multi-disciplinary team, including:
- General Practitioners (GPs)
- Practice nurses
- Wellbeing advisors
- Health coaches
- Physician associates
- Plus other key staff within primary care
