Job Opportunity: Advanced Clinical Practitioner - General Practice
Willaston Surgery & Old Hall Surgery are seeking a part-time Advanced Clinical Practitioner - General Practice, who can work on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, to join our team.
Cheshire & Wirral Partnership Trust has 3 GP practices (Willaston Surgery, Old Hall Surgery, and Westminster Surgery) who work together to provide primary care services to approximately 14,000 patients.
Job Details
- Position: Advanced Clinical Practitioner - General Practice
- Hours: Part-time - 22.5 hours per week
- Days: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
Responsibilities
- To deliver advanced clinical practice, demonstrating high levels of judgement, discretion, and decision-making in the delivery of clinical care.
- Provide advanced clinical skills in relation to assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients within the GP surgery and providing specialist clinical advice where appropriate.
- Provide day-to-day clinical leadership and supervision to the nursing team, participating fully in the delivery of healthcare provision in the primary care setting.

Induction and Training
All new starters will commence in post on one fixed start date each month, in line with our Prepare to Care (P2C) induction programme date. P2C offers up to 3 weeks of training to support you to meet the induction/initial training requirements of the role.
