Job Description

We are seeking an Advanced Data Analyst to join our global analytics team. In this role, you will play a key part in our transition to a modern data ecosystem, leveraging Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Snowflake. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions while supporting the migration and modernization of our existing analytics portfolio. This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise, business acumen, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption and value realization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders (Sales, Services, Marketing) to understand analytical needs and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Drive the design and development of dashboards and data products using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
- Contribute to the migration and modernization of existing Qlik applications into Power BI, ensuring continuity and improvement of analytical capabilities.
- Develop and maintain data models leveraging Snowflake and modern data architectures.
- Define technical requirements and data structures to support analytics use cases.
- Apply statistical analysis and visualization techniques to generate actionable insights.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across analytics solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation, including dashboard definitions and user training materials.
- Collaborate across IT, data engineering, and business teams to align on data architecture and priorities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to drive data literacy and adoption of new analytics platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles.
- Strong, proven hands-on experience with:
- Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard design)
- Microsoft Fabric
- SQL and Snowflake
- Experience with legacy BI tools (e.g., Qlik, Tableau, Spotfire) and migration scenarios is highly desirable.
- Understanding of enterprise data systems (e.g., SAP, CRM) and data integration concepts.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in a global environment.
- Ability to bridge business requirements and technical implementation.
- Experience working in cross-functional and transformation-driven environments.
- Self-driven, structured, and comfortable operating in evolving environments.

- This job has a full-time weekly schedule.
- It includes the option to work remotely.

- The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $74,560.00 - $139,800.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. During the hiring process, a recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for a preferred location.
