Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Advanced Practitioner.
Location: Multiple locations available (Northampton General, Kettering General, Danetre, Wellingborough Hospital)
Working Pattern: Substantive weekend positions available. Various shift patterns across Saturdays and Sundays, with shift durations varying from 4 to 9 hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings and nights. Successful applicants will be able to select from available shift patterns across a 4-week rota, to create their substantive, contracted hours. please note bank hours are not available
Salary: DHU Band 8b.0, £64,234 - £74,905 per annum (pro rata) with a 30% evening enhancement, and 45% weekend enhancement

Within this service, clinicians undertake a varied and rewarding role, including telephone triage and clinical assessment, face-to-face consultations within our bases, and home visiting to support patients who are unable to attend a clinical setting. You will be part of a skilled and supportive multi-disciplinary team, working collaboratively to assess, diagnose and manage patients, ensuring they receive the most appropriate care and outcome.

As an Advanced Practitioner (Nurse, Paramedic or Pharmacist) (NMC, HCPC, GPhC) with prescribing rights and advanced clinical skills, you will deliver hands-on care across urgent care settings, assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients alongside multi-disciplinary teams to achieve the best possible outcomes.
