About the Role

As an Advanced Occupational Therapy Practitioner in Adult Social Care, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting your team while ensuring high-quality care for clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and Supervise: Provide guidance and professional development opportunities to your team members.
  • Maintain Workflows: Efficiently manage the team’s workload, ensuring seamless operation.
  • Deputise: Step in as a deputy team manager to cover when necessary.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional occupational therapy services.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Essentials

  • A recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Experience in an adult social care setting.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in occupational therapy.
