About the Role
As an Advanced Occupational Therapy Practitioner in Adult Social Care, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting your team while ensuring high-quality care for clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
- Support and Supervise: Provide guidance and professional development opportunities to your team members.
- Maintain Workflows: Efficiently manage the team’s workload, ensuring seamless operation.
- Deputise: Step in as a deputy team manager to cover when necessary.
- Collaborate: Work closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional occupational therapy services.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Essentials
- A recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Experience in an adult social care setting.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in occupational therapy.
