This Advanced Occupational Therapy Practitioner role in Adult Social Care allows you to support your team, drive workflows and foster collaboration. Prepare to make a measurable difference as part of our service-orientated community.
In This Role, You Will
- Support & Supervise: Provide expert guidance and mentorship to team members, helping them grow professionally.
- Maintain Workflows: Ensure the team operates smoothly, managing workload efficiently.
- Deputise: Step in as deputy team manager when necessary, offering leadership in the manager’s absence.
- Collaborate: Work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality occupational therapy services.

Required Skills & Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must possess:
- A recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration.
- Experience in an adult social care setting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of related legislation and occupational therapy best practices.
