As an Advanced Occupational Therapy Practitioner, you’ll make a significant impact by:
- Supporting and supervising colleagues in a thriving occupational therapy setting.
- Streamlining workflows to ensure seamless team performance.
- Stepping into leadership by deputising for the team manager when needed.
- Collaborating closely with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional client care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical guidance and actuarial oversight to team members, promote professional development.
- Maintain efficient team workflows, ensuring tasks are completed promptly and service delivery remains high-quality.
- Act as deputy team manager, covering managerial duties in the absence of the lead.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to refine occupational therapy approaches within adult social care.
- Support education and training of junior practitioners, if applicable.

Required Qualifications & Experience
To excel in this role, you must possess:
- A recognized qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in an adult social care setting.
- Strong familiarity with occupational therapy best practices and relevant legislation.
