Advanced Practice Physiotherapist

Circle Integrated Care - North Hampshire

20 Hours & Permanent

Salary: Up to £64,750.00 FTE per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

We have an opportunity for an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist to join their team of staff in the Physiotherapy department.

This is a part time role for 20 hours a week. Part time hours may also be considered. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.

Duties Of This Role Include

  • Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnoses for patients with complex presentations, including advanced clinical reasoning and differential diagnosis.
  • Deliver evidence-based treatment plans, incorporating advanced therapeutic techniques and, where appropriate, requesting and interpreting diagnostic imaging.
  • Act as a clinical lead and role model within the physiotherapy team, supporting best practice and professional standards.
  • Contribute to the strategic development and delivery of advanced physiotherapy services, including pathway redesign and integration.
  • Work closely with consultants, GPs, advanced practitioners, and other AHPs to deliver coordinated, patient-centred care.
  • Participate in case conferences, MDT meetings, and referral discussions as a senior clinical voice.

Applicants Should Meet The Following Criteria

  • HCPC-registered Physiotherapist.
  • Significant post-registration experience, including advanced musculoskeletal or specialist physiotherapy practice.
  • Postgraduate training relevant to advanced practice (e.g. MSc, PGCert, or equivalent).
  • Advanced clinical reasoning, assessment, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience working autonomously and in multidisciplinary teams.
