About the Role
Exceptional care, simply delivered, defines our passion at Community Health Network—a leading not-for-profit, provider-led, multi-specialty healthcare system in central Indiana. We’re seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our 1,400+ provider team.
As part of Community Physician Network, you’ll work with a dynamic Hospitalist team at Community Hospital East. This full-time day role (10–12 hour shifts) offers competitive compensation, with only every 3rd weekend call and 2 holidays per year.

Requirements
Licensure & Certification
- Must meet Indiana state licensure and certification requirements for Advanced Practice Providers (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant).
