Advanced Practice Provider – Hospitalist Role (Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant)
Location: Community Hospital East, Indianapolis, IN

We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join one of the nation’s most integrated healthcare systems, boasting over 1,400 providers across the Indianapolis area.
About the Role
Community Physician Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to collaborate with our Hospitalist team at Community Hospital East.
- Position Type: Full-time (day shifts)
- Shift Hours: 10–12 hours (with coverage for every 3rd weekend and 2 annual holidays)
- Ideal for: New graduates with inpatient clinical rotations (considered for immediate hire)

Requirements
Licensure & Certifications
- Educational background aligned with Indiana State licensure & certification requirements for NPs/PAs.
- Valid Indiana license to practice (as applicable to NP/PA role).
