The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Physiotherapist to take on an Advanced Practitioner role within the Motherwell Integrated Rehabilitation Team. The team provides input to both community and inpatient services within the locality. The post holder will provide professional and clinical support to colleagues and services across North Lanarkshire.
We are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking clinician with a focus on quality service delivery and a service improvement approach.

The working pattern for this role is Monday - Friday (Days)
In This Key Role, You Will
- To be professionally and legally responsible and accountable for all aspects of the own professional activities.
- To assess capacity gain valid consent and have the ability to work within a legal framework with patients who lack capacity to consent.
- To be responsible for and manage a caseload of patients with highly complex presentations.
- Negotiate with patients on the return to activities where cognitive, behavioural and motivational issues may be significant barriers to change.
What You'll Bring
- Registered Physiotherapist with valid HCPC Registration
- Educated to/working towards/operating at Masters Level
- Post graduate expertise within speciality / area of practice that demonstrates the required breadth of knowledge required to lead safety, effectively and efficiently.
- Comprehensive knowledge of clinical guidelines and standards within the speciality.
- A driving licence is required; this must be a full UK/EU/EEA licence.
