Job Opportunity: Advanced Scaffolders

We’re seeking experienced and driven Advanced Scaffolders to join our team, where your expertise will directly support safe, efficient project delivery and high-quality maintenance work. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of your role, contribute your technical knowledge, and help shape best practices while working in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Scaffolders will also be considered with a salary range of £33,045 to £42,315.

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you will deliver a professional scaffolding service in line with NASC SG4 and TG20 guidelines, ensuring safe, effective, and compliant scaffold operations across all activities. You’ll play a key role in maintaining safety standards, supporting site performance, and guiding others through your experience and leadership. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out scaffold operations and inspections (including post-weather and post-alteration checks), ensuring safe handover of working platforms and advising customers on scaffold access and practical solutions
  • Supporting project delivery through planned maintenance work, additional site tasks, and fulfilling responsibilities linked to relevant authorisations
  • Identifying equipment issues, driving continuous improvement in processes and practices, and ensuring compliance with TG20, SG4 and BSEN standards
  • Mentoring apprentices and providing technical guidance, including advising on specialist scaffolding matters and supporting working-at-height safety

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
