Roles: Advanced Speech & Language Therapist - Bank
Location: The Harborne Hospital (Birmingham), part of HCA Healthcare UK
Contract type: Bank
Pay: Bank hourly rate between £26.51ph – £35.35 ph dependent upon shift & role type
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our Bank at The Harborne Hospital, Birmingham.
At The Harborne Hospital we have a very diverse patient caseload supporting people with craniotomy’s, prolonged intubation, tracheostomy, Cervical spine surgeries.
The Therapies department is an ever growing team currently consisting of 2 full time physios and 1 part time dietitian. We are supported by bank Physio’s and Dietitians as well as OT’s and SLT’s.
It is likely that opportunities for permanent positions will become available as volumes of patients increase. This would enable potential for opportunities for further growth and development with support provided from our specialist SLT’s at London sites.

As part of our Bank you’ll have first refusal ahead of agencies on a range of shifts across our network of leading private hospitals, all of which are currently rated ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ by the CQC. You can expect to work alongside leading consultants, expert colleagues and be recognised for the vital role you play within our team.
