Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You’ll be part of a close-knit group delivering trauma-informed, person-centred support based on Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) principles.

  • Musical or artistic - singing, dancing, or playing an instrument is a big plus!
  • Great cooks - she’d love to learn from you in the kitchen
  • Kind, patient, and emotionally attuned - you’ll need to pick up on subtle cues and respond with care

What You’ll Gain

  • Specialist training in PBS and Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA)
  • Access to bespoke learning from top clinicians and NHS behavioural experts
  • A supportive, psychologically safe environment for you and your team
  • A role where your creativity and personality are celebrated

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in delivering PBS-based support
  • A trauma-informed, person-centred approach
  • Excellent observation and communication skills
  • A commitment to consistency, reliability, and building trust
  • A positive, fresh outlook every day

You must also be willing to take part in a recruitment assessment day. Assessment dates are scheduled throughout 2026 and all details will be confirmed for successful applicants.
