Since 2004, Rat Race Adventure Sports has been creating extraordinary, life-changing outdoor adventure events for everyday people. We are a pioneering adventure brand with a long-standing reputation for delivering world-class live outdoor sports events and expeditions, built on meticulous planning, expert leadership and an uncompromising commitment to safety. In recent years, Rat Race has expanded fully onto the global stage, delivering bold, audacious concepts across the UK and internationally.

You’ll be joining a small, highly experienced core team of 20+ people who live and breathe adventure delivery. Everyone at Rat Race plays a hands-on role, takes real ownership, and contributes directly to the success of our events on the ground.

This role offers the flexibility of remote working, however candidates must be UK-based due to the nature of the role, travel requirements and operational responsibilities. UK and overseas travel is a fundamental part of the position.

The Role

The primary objective of this role is to project manage, lead, and physically deliver live mass participation running and multisport events. There will also be the opportunity to project manage and deliver our small group adventures to Rat Race participants in the UK and internationally. The successful candidate will take full ownership of a designated portfolio of trips and events, providing end-to-end project management from concept and planning through to on-the-ground delivery and post-event debrief.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
