Amazon Advertising Manager

London, Soho | Hybrid, 4 days office, 1 day home
Salary: £70,000 depending on experience

Running Point Recruitment has partnered with one of the UK's fastest growing consumer brands, a highly ambitious and entrepreneurial business experiencing exceptional growth across the UK and international markets.

We are looking for a technically strong, data driven Amazon PPC & Trade Manager to join the team and take ownership of Amazon Advertising and SKU level marketplace performance. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with deep Amazon PPC expertise who wants to broaden their responsibilities beyond advertising. The role is approximately 50% PPC management and 50% focused on driving performance through wider trade levers including pricing, promotions, SEO, creative optimisation and product launches.

You'll be highly hands on, getting into the detail of campaign and SKU performance, analysing data, testing new ideas and continuously looking for opportunities to improve both paid and organic performance.

What you'll be doing

  • Own Amazon PPC strategy and execution across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display, with opportunities to test and develop DSP activity.
  • Analyse campaign and SKU level performance, using data to identify opportunities to improve ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, conversion and overall commercial performance.
  • Develop and own a continuous experimentation process across PPC, SEO, pricing, promotions, deals and creative.
  • Monitor keyword rankings, search performance and SKU level data to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Plan and execute high impact promotional events, seasonal campaigns and new product launches.
  • Manage and optimise sponsored video activity and creative testing.
  • Use SQP, AMC and other Amazon data sources to uncover insights and improve performance.
  • Research competitors, emerging Amazon strategies and best practices to continually test new approaches.
  • Explore AI and automation opportunities to improve advertising, analysis and marketplace performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
