Operations Manager

About RealTime
Realtime is searching for an Advertising Manager that is an emerging expert across paid media channels and disciplines. In this role, you will work on a daily basis with large brands on performance and brand advertising campaigns that drive impact, revenue, and growth — helping to shape the strategies and executions that make our clients succeed.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves being in the platforms, testing new ideas, and bringing creative thinking to performance challenges. If you thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environments and are energized by scale and innovation, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on a daily basis with large brands on performance and brand advertising campaigns that drive impact, revenue, and growth.
- Work with and have the opportunity to manage advertising operations teams across social, search, and/or programmatic channels.
- Own the strategic approach for paid media channels across key accounts, working hands-on-keyboard within media platforms to build and execute channel strategies that deliver against clients’ business objectives.
- Lead day-to-day client conversations, translating performance insights into clear recommendations, strategic actions, and future planning.
- Oversee media budgets, pacing, forecasting, and performance delivery to ensure activity remains aligned with client objectives and commercial targets.
- Maintain high standards across campaign setup, QA, trafficking, tracking, optimization, and reporting accuracy.
- Learn and implement advanced measurement tactics and tools to bridge the gap between investment and measurability.
- Bring innovation and new ideas to the table for both your direct clients and accounts, as well as the agency more broadly.
- Build and execute tests — then report on those findings and make recommendations on how those tests should be interpreted, iterated, and improved.
- Drive the strategic adoption of Realtime’s proprietary AI tools, embedding them into key processes and workflows to improve campaign efficiency, optimization quality, and scalability.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
