About the Team
The Digital Advertising Operations Specialist will support Advertising Operations, Media Sales Planning, and Multi-Media Sales teams. This is a fast-paced, nimbler team spanning three continents, responsible for delivering best-in-class digital advertising campaigns for global clients.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
This specialist will implement, manage, and optimize digital and audio advertising campaigns across both direct and programmatic orders. Their duties will include:
- Campaign Management:
- Monitoring the full lifecycle of campaigns—from onboarding to optimization
- Resolving targeting issues, traffic discrepancies, and troubleshooting site problems
- Collaborating with internal teams (Product, Developer) for custom campaign setups

Performance & Reporting:
- Analyzing analytical and proprietary tools to produce weekly performance reports
- Tracking success metrics and optimizing campaigns in real-time

Client Interaction:
- Coordinating with internal/client teams (account management, sales planning)
- Providing timely, clear feedback and proactive support to ensure campaign success

Process Automation:
- Self-managing daily workloads and tasks efficiently
- Proactively resolving issues with minimal escalations
You Will Bring
Essential Experience & Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in online ad trafficking, including:
- Programmatic advertising expertise (e.g., Private Marketplaces, Demand Side Platforms)
- Familiarity with ad serving tools (GAM, AdBook, Megaphone, IAS, or equivalents)
- Analytical mindset: Translate data insights into optimized campaign strategies
- Communication strength: Ability to clarify and relay updates to internal/external buyers concisely
- Technical troubleshooting: Adept at resolving site/ad issues with minimal guidance

Qualifications
- Higher education degree (BA/BS) preferred or equivalent experience
- Self-starter mentality with soft skills (collaboration, prioritization)
- Adaptability to thrive within a fast-paced, global team
