About The Team
The Digital Advertising Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in the Advertising Operations group, supporting:
- Advertising Operations
- Media Sales Planning
- Multi-Media Sales
This team launches digital advertising campaigns for global clients, operating across three continents, and provides technical support to ensure seamless execution of world-class campaigns.
About The Role
This strategic position ensures the daily management of client campaigns, revenue growth for accounts, and campaign performance optimization. Overall responsibilities include:
- Quality assurance for campaigns
- Implementation and pacing reports
- Troubleshooting site and advertiser issues
- Collaboration with account management and internal departments

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Implement and manage digital and audio advertising campaigns (direct and programmatic orders).
- Monitor campaign delivery from start to finish and optimize as needed.
- Analyze performance using industry tools (e.g., GAM, Adobe Creative Cloud, proprietary systems).
- Develop weekly reports outlining campaign performance, KPIs, and recommendations.
- Facilitate bi-weekly meetings with the sales and planning teams to review execution.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure QA’ed launches for custom campaigns and ad units.
- Troubleshoot targeting issues, reconcile discrepancies, and resolve user traffic issues.
- Liaise with developer and product teams for tech-related resolutions.
Client & Team Interaction
- Communicate effectively with internal and external clients, providing actionable insights within deadlines.
- Self-manage tasks with strong time and organizational skills.
- Maintain confidentiality and account revenue targets.
Requirements

Experience & Skills
- 2–3 years in online ad trafficking (preferably in programmatic advertising, PGs, PMPs, or OMPs).
- Hands-on knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., GAM, AdBook, Megaphone, IAS).
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and excel in independent/remote roles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills.
Education
- BA/BS degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
