Acting as a long-term technology partner, the company offers ongoing guidance, scalable solutions, and local on-site support to keep systems secure, efficient, and easy to use. Role Description

The Advertising Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Swanscombe, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns that promote TechPulse Innovators’ services and brand. Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Developing advertising strategies across digital and traditional channels
  • Managing campaign budgets
  • Coordinating with internal teams to align messaging with business objectives
  • Creating and testing ad copy and creatives
  • Monitoring campaign performance
  • Using data insights to refine targeting and improve conversion rates
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to support lead generation, track ROI, and prepare regular performance reports and recommendations

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities to interpret campaign metrics and drive optimization decisions.
  • Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present campaign strategies and results clearly.
  • Marketing skills to plan, execute, and manage multi-channel advertising initiatives effectively.
  • Sales awareness and skills to align advertising efforts with lead generation and revenue goals.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) and basic knowledge of SEO/SEM is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously are preferred.
  • Prior experience in advertising, marketing, or a related field, ideally within technology or professional services, is an advantage.
  • A relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory with equivalent experience.
