About the Role
As an Advice Session Supervisor (or Trainee Supervisor) at Citizens Advice Bucks, you will play a vital role in supporting our advice service across Buckinghamshire.
You will:
- Supervise advice sessions
- Guide and develop volunteers and staff
- Ensure the delivery of high standards in advice across all channels
This role requires a strong blend of people management, quality assurance, and service improvement, with a focus on empowering every client to receive effective, accurate, and empathetic support.

Key Responsibilities
Supervision & Support
- Actively supervise advice sessions, ensuring adherence to high standards.
- Mentor and develop volunteers and staff to enhance their skills and confidence.
Quality Assurance & Service Improvement
- Review and evaluate advice provided to identify strengths and areas for growth.
- Work collaboratively on process refinements and the implementation of best practices.
