Citizens Advice Wirral is recruiting for a General Adviser

Citizens Advice Wirral is recruiting for a General Adviser to provide advice across a range of issues including welfare benefits, housing, relationships, debt and employment. The Adviser’s role is to explore a client’s issue and then provide information and advice relating to the client’s options. Advice will be delivered in various ways, including incoming and outbound telephone calls, attendance at outreach settings, web-chat, email, face to face video conferencing, and in future other digital channels such as social media.

We assist clients with a range of issues including benefits, debt, employment, housing and life challenges that affect their health and wellbeing.
