Description

Sagentia Innovation is a science led innovation consultancy supporting consumer and industrial organisations where innovation decisions are critical. With over 30 years’ experience, we work with R&D leaders and their teams to cut through complexity – defining where to compete, which technologies to back, and how to progress product development with confidence. Our integrated, multidisciplinary teams work across the full R&D lifecycle, combining deep scientific and engineering expertise to build robust evidence, define executable innovation pathways, and develop differentiated products. For our clients, this means faster, more confident decisions and innovation programmes that translate ambition into measurable impact.

Our advisory teams combine deep scientific and engineering understanding with commercial, regulatory and competitive insight. We help organisations focus portfolios, prioritise investment, and back the platforms with the greatest long-term potential. The role is based at our Epsom R&D Innovation centre with travel to other group sites as well as to clients both in the UK and overseas.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
