Advisory Board Member (Investment)

Shape how capital defines the future of global education

Organization: International Education Management Agency (IEMA)

Location: Remote – Global

Compensation: Voluntary (Strategic Leadership Role)

The Opportunity

What if the way capital flows could determine the future of millions of learners?

Education systems do not fail due to lack of ideas. They fail due to misaligned capital, fragmented investment, and short-term funding models.

IEMA is building a global platform where investment meets education transformation.

We are inviting a select number of senior investment leaders to join as Advisory Board Member (Investment) - to help design how capital is deployed across the global education ecosystem.

You will join a highly selective, international advisory board of senior investment leaders, influencing global funding strategies, capital allocation frameworks, and large-scale education initiatives, contributing directly to IEMA’s mission of aligning investment with impact and shaping the future of education and human capital development worldwide.

This is not a symbolic role. This is influence at system level.

Why This Role Exists

There is a structural gap between:

  • Global capital markets
  • Education systems and institutions

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
