About the Role
As a Risk & Security Solution Consultant, you’ll leverage deep domain expertise to propel revenue growth by collaborating with Sales, Product Management, and Executive Leadership. Your hands-on technical consultancy will shape critical decision-making throughout the sales cycle, driving adoption of our risk and security solutions—from GRC and TPRM to operational resilience and AI-driven compliance.
You’ll guide the future of risk management, bridging technical depth with customer-centric delivery, and cement ServiceNow as the foremost partner for enterprises navigating regulatory demands and security complexities.
Key Responsibilities
Core Sales & Consulting Function
- Serve as a technical and domain expert for the Risk &Security sales team, aligning customers’ challenges with ServiceNow’s solutions.
- Lead discovery workshops to identify client pain points and deliver customized, data-driven demonstrations tailored to needs.
- Translate customer goals into specific solution roadmaps, ensuring balanced expertise in:
- Risk Management
- Internal Controls
- Regulatory Compliance
- Policy Management
- Cyber Risk
- Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
- Business Continuity Management (BCM/Operational Resilience)
- Privacy Governance
- ESG and Sustainability
- Interface with internal stakeholders (Product, Pre-Sales, Professional Services) and channel partners to resolve technical queries.
- Provide actionable insights to product management, ensuring features evolve to meet market demands.

Market & Competitive Engagement
- Capitalize on cross-product sales opportunities (e.g., ITOM + SecOps + Vendor Risk integrations), refining complex ecosystem architectures.
- Analyze competitive and regulatory trends to refine ServiceNow’s positioning.
- Engage with marketing teams to deliver impactful presentations at conferences, briefings, and C-suite channels.
Qualifications & Experience
To excel in this high-impact role, we seek:
Technical & Domain Proficiency
- 6–10 years of pre-sales / solution consulting experience, with deep knowledge in:
- GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance), SecOps, TPRM, or OP Resilience.
- Regulatory frameworks (GDPR, SOX, CCPA, etc.) and their technical implementations.
- Hands-on expertise with:
- ServiceNow platform or cloud-GRC technologies
- SIEMs, GRC, and TPRM platforms (e.g.,MA, EZ-I, OneTrust**)
- API/integrations and workflow automation.
- Keep pace with AI trends, exploring its potential to enhance decision-making, risk modeling, and compliance workflows.
Sales & Leadership Acumen
- Ability to produce measurable revenue impact through consultative selling.
- Strong executive presence—experiential capability with C-suite buyers, navigating organizational politics and negotiating valuation.
- Must achieve results autonomously, exhibiting:
- Pipeline management
- Territory ownership
- Strategic collaboration with the sales team.
- Persuasive presentation and B2B-relations skills, ideally with experience in regularly engaging large teams.
