Graduate Account Executive
Location: Islington, London
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Basic + £35,000 - £45,000 OTE (Uncapped Commission)

No previous logistics or sales experience is required. If you're motivated, commercially minded, and willing to learn, you'll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from day one.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting 360 Account Executive role that offers exposure to the entire sales process from the outset. You'll work directly with local businesses, building relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping clients improve efficiency while reducing costs through tailored logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and referrals
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing deals
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings and presentations
- Understand customer challenges and recommend tailored logistics solutions
- Demonstrate a market-leading digital logistics platform
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Develop a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve targets
