Role Description

The AEO/GEO Lead and AI Strategy Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role is responsible for leading AI search optimization (AEO/GEO) initiatives, designing strategies that improve client visibility and performance across AI-driven search environments. We are also looking for generalist AI skills and builders, you don't need SEO/GEO/AEO experience but this is desirable.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation, problem-solving, and ability to derive insights from complex information.
  • Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, leading client presentations, and collaborating across teams.
  • Background in finance or exposure to financial analysis to support business case development, ROI modeling, and strategic decision-making.
  • Experience in management consulting or consulting, with a track record of delivering strategic projects and client-facing engagements.
  • Understanding of AI, large language models, or digital search ecosystems, with interest in AI-driven optimization and emerging technologies.
  • Proven project management abilities, including prioritization, stakeholder management, and execution in fast-paced environments.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related discipline).
  • Experience working with enterprise clients or global organizations is highly beneficial.
