About the Opportunity

Norton Blake is currently partnering with a world-leading global technology consultancy to recruit 6 Enterprise Field Engineers / Technical Advisory Consultants across EMEA.

In this customer-facing consulting role, you will represent a premier global systems integrator embedded directly within a top-tier Digital Experience vendor's customer success framework. You will act as a trusted advisor, leading short-form, structured advisory engagements ("Success Accelerators") designed to help global enterprise clients unlock maximum value from their Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) investments.

Note on Languages: Strong written and spoken English is mandatory. Additional European language skills are highly advantageous due to regional client deployments—please highlight any additional language proficiencies in your application cover letter.

Specialisation Tracks (6 Roles Available)

We are recruiting across two distinct technical tracks. Please specify which primary track aligns best with your consulting expertise:

Track 1: Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) & Data Solutions (4 Openings)

  • Core Stack: Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO B2C/B2B), and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
  • Focus: Hands-on experience with AEP core architecture, data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, activation, and enterprise data governance frameworks.

Track 2: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) & Content Solutions (2 Openings)

  • Core Stack: AEM Sites, AEM Assets, Content Supply Chain (CSC) Architecture, Edge Delivery Services (EDS), and Workfront.
  • Focus: Enterprise content management architecture, cloud-native deployments, asset governance, and modern web delivery architectures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver High-Impact Advisory Engagements: Lead structured, 40-hour advisory sprints covering Technical Readiness (Solution Optimisation, Go-Live Readiness), Adoption & Enablement, and Strategic Roadmapping.
  • Customer Discovery & Diagnostics: Conduct structured discovery with enterprise business and technical stakeholders to identify architectural bottlenecks, governance gaps, and workflow optimisations.
  • Executive-Ready Deliverables: Author clear diagnostic reports, implementation roadmaps, assessment documents, and strategic recommendations following defined vendor methodologies and quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Present findings and strategic roadmaps directly to client stakeholders ranging from hands-on engineering practitioners to C-suite leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with named Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to ensure long-term client value realisation.

  • Consultancy & Advisory Background: Proven track record in a customer-facing technical consulting, professional services, or solution architecture role within a major consultancy or systems integrator.
  • Hands-on Adobe CX Expertise: Strong delivery experience across either Track 1 (AEP core focus) or Track 2 (AEM Sites/Assets focus) in complex enterprise environments.
  • Communication & Presentation: Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical strategy to both technical teams and executive leadership.
  • Agile Workload Management: Ability to self-manage multiple concurrent advisory engagements in a fast-paced consulting environment where client priorities shift rapidly.
  • Mobility: Located in EMEA with the flexibility to travel up to 20% for key client engagements as required.

Preferred / Advantageous Qualifications

  • Current Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) credentials in one or more relevant platforms (AEP, RTCDP, AJO, CJA, AEM Sites, AEM Assets).
  • Experience delivering engagements within subscription-based or retainer advisory models where velocity and quality are critical.
  • Deep understanding of European enterprise data privacy and governance regulations (GDPR and industry-specific compliance requirements).
  • Fluency in additional European languages (French, German, Spanish, Italian, or Dutch).
