Overview and Opportunity
Parker Aerospace is seeking an experienced Aftermarket Account Manager to lead sales, retention, and optimization of our existing aftermarket business within a major Key Account - Rolls Royce. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role supporting Parker Aerospace products across multiple sites, programs, and Parker divisions.
As the Aftermarket Account Manager, you will serve as the key on-site commercial and operational interface for the Rolls Royce account, helping protect and grow our aftermarket portfolio that has a significant commercial impact.
You will partner closely with both the customer and Parker’s internal teams to coordinate product support, drive aftermarket growth initiatives, lead issue resolution, and ensure disciplined account management across service, repair, retrofit, and operational performance activities.
This role is ideal for a proven aerospace aftermarket, account management who thrives at the intersection of customer relationships, technical issue resolution, commercial growth, operational performance, and cross-functional execution. You will play a critical role in strengthening Parker’s relationship by delivering responsive support, clear communication, and measurable business results.
Your Responsibilities
Account Management and Customer Support
- Act as the primary Parker Aerospace aftermarket interface for the account.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders in engineering, procurement, operations, aftermarket, repair, and program management.
- Coordinate customer communications to ensure alignment, urgency, and accountability.

Aftermarket Sales, Retention, and Growth
- Identify and support opportunities for aftermarket growth, including repair activity, spares, service solutions, retrofits, and program-specific initiatives.
- Partner with Parker divisions to develop account strategies that improve revenue performance and customer value.
- Monitor account trends, risks, opportunities, and performance indicators.
- Support commercial actions that protect and expand the aftermarket portfolio.
Operational Performance and Issue Resolution
- Lead coordination of customer concerns, delivery issues, technical support needs, and aftermarket service challenges.
- Work cross-functionally with operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, customer service, repair stations, and division leadership.
- Track open actions, drive timely closure, and ensure customer visibility throughout the resolution process.
- Support root cause analysis, corrective action follow-up, and performance improvement initiatives.
Business Reviews and Performance Management
- Prepare and support Quarterly Business Reviews and other customer performance meetings.
- Compile account data, business updates, operational metrics, improvement actions, and opportunity pipelines.

Who We Are Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in aerospace aftermarket, account management, customer support, program management role.
- Strong understanding of aftermarket business models, including spares, repairs, service support, retrofit activity, and customer performance management.
- Experience supporting complex customer accounts with multiple stakeholders, sites, and internal business units.
- Ability to manage commercial priorities while coordinating technical and operational issue resolution.
- Proven success building customer relationships and influencing outcomes.
- Ideally you will also have experience working with major aerospace OEMs, engine manufacturers, airlines, MROs, or tiered aerospace suppliers.
- Working knowledge of aerospace quality, engineering, supply chain, repair, and customer service processes.
